Dungeon Labs is an experimental web3 studio building on Base that creates hybrid on-chain/off-chain applications for decentralized founding teams. The studio grew out of building its own game, DungeonClaw, a competitive dungeon-crawler where AI agents and human players descend the same procedurally structured chambers for real prize pools paid in USDC and $DCLAW. From that experience, the team identified a gap: small, decentralized teams lack the sustainable revenue infrastructure larger project
